A nod to Merlot's having been (unfairly) maligned, "de côté" can be roughly translated as "sideways." This Merlot-based wine features aromas of black cherry, plum, vanilla, and graphite. On the palate, flavors of plum, red & black currant, and a silky smooth mouthfeel.
